really super busy at home right now. The little "da Beatrice"
men are still in our house until their owners can pick them
up. Our own "Bice" has the advantage that she has extra time
to bother her brothers. Of course we make sure that they all
experience everything together during the day, we often go
out and try to socialize them in the right way. At home they
learn from our pack how to behave like normal dogs. Together
they are often a bit wild and cheeky. It's funny to see that
they are already very adept at "reading" dog language. Of
course they are regularly corrected correctly by our girls.
These are also important lessons for their future. Since last
week we separate the brothers from their sister in the evening.
This to give us the opportunity to get the full attention
of "Bice". Also "Bice" will have to find her place within
our pack, apart from her brothers. It's funny to see the difference
in her behavior when she makes our house unsafe with or without
her brothers.Last weekend "Bice" went with us to the field
trial. At home the boys had all the attention of our friend
Klara who came to babysit. 'Bice' behaved well all day. It
was a super day together, with great results too! A report

And then everything stops for a while.
It is with great sadness and pain in our hearts that we inform
you that our Beatrice da Calabrone di Ala D'Oro "Joep" passed
away on October 28 after a very short illness. A day before
her death, a happy and happy mother of eight beautiful puppies,
that is incomprehensible, a nightmare for every dog owner.
Now a week after this great loss and in the meantime in possession
of all test results, we can start processing this trauma.
We regard our dogs as our family members, we need time to
process this loss. We therefore abandon the puppy plans for
the coming year. In the near future we will mainly focus on
our sweet dog girls and Joep's puppies, of which three are
still in our house until they can move to their new family
at 15 weeks. We are very happy and grateful to let you know
that we are adding puppy Barbara da Beatrice di Ala D'Oro
to our family, we call her "Bice". Are

6-10-2022 On September 1, our
sweet "Joep" Beatrice da Calabrone di Ala D'Oro gave birth
to 8 beautiful puppies. In the coming period we will try to
post on the webpage as many reports with some photos as possible.The
puppy page is easy to find under the heading PUPPY NEWS PAGE,
to go to this special page. In three weeks we will open our
house again and visitors are welcome at our home. But first
we are going to enjoy the babies in peace. Are you curious

12-08-2022 On August 4, EddaXAmore's
puppies celebrated their first birthday. We received photos
from a large number of owners . Our thanks for this. We think
the puppies from this combination grow up very nicely. We
hope to have more info soon about the two fun litter days
we have in mind, where the puppies of Amore di Ala D'Oro and
Calabrone Aladoro will be invited
for. In the photo on the right you see Vito da Amore
di Ala D'Oro, the photo was taken two days before his first
birthday. Vito's sister, Mimi da Amore di Ala D'Oro lives
with our friend April in the USA. Mimi da Amore di Ala D'Oro
made her show debut at the Sporting Group AKC in Oklahoma
City in early July. Every day we received a small update from
April and she informed us that she was extremely satisfied
with Mimi's first performances and proud of all the compliments
she had received from the judges and bystanders these days.
July 3rd was the "icing on the cake", Mimi managed to get
her first championship points. In a strong field of participants,
the judge could not ignore the beautiful breed typical Mimi.
She was voted Best of Breed. We congratulate April with this
great result. We have more great news, at the beginning of
July our Beatrice (Joep) was mated, And the mating between
BeatriceXAmore seems to have gone well. At the beginning of
September we hope to be able to welcome the puppies from this
combination. We keep our fingers crossed that they will grow
out to be just as pretty as Amore's other children. Are

3-7-2022 Last June 25, the Championship
club match was held in Kerkwijk. A number of owners had come
especially to please us, which they succeeded! It's nice to
see your "children" again. See how they're doing, how they've
grown, to see if what you expected has come true / or is on
the way to come true. Also this time our expectations were
confirmed, we have seen beautiful breed typical dogs. Of course
the judge also looked at the present Ala D'Orodogs. He choose
"Shlomo" as the most handsome of the Bracco Italiano KCM.
Of course we are as proud as a peacock. We thank Michel and
Debby, the co-owners of -"Shlomo" and of course Merel and
Klara who have show handled a large number of dogs for us.
All results and photos are already on the webpage. Also great
news from Stephanie in Spain. Together with Ambrogio da Fendi
di Ala D'Oro she was in Castellón at the International Dog
Show. Ambrogio da Fendi di Ala D'Oro received the coveted
CACIB and became BOB. In the group judging he was the star
of the sky. The judge was very charmed by him and made him
1st Best In Group VII. Great job Steef you made us proud!

04-04-2022In the past period
we were able to greet a large number of offspring at various
dog events. For example, Guilio da Amore, Francesco da Fendi,
Salva da Amore, Lente da Edda, Lina Da Edda and our very own
Vito da Amore were present at the VISJ hunting ability test
on February 19. Very nice to see the dogs in action. It is
nice to see that a number of owners were so enthusiastic about
this to further develop themselves in, for example, blood
track. Unfortunately, only a few pictures were taken on this
day. So if you have any pictures please send them in! On March
5, the VISJ Hunting-Working Dogs Competition 2022 was held.
Sergio Rossi, Mio Amore and Ambrogio da Fendi were present.
We have been able to see outstanding work from these dogs,
we are proud that the Club Title "Cane da Caccia" this year
went to Ambrogio da Fendi di Ala D' Oro. Fortunately the prestigious
Dog of the Year Show was organised the second of April. We
can proudly say that for more than 20 years dogs from our
Ala D'Oro kennel have been invited to this show. This time
it was Ambrogio da Fendi di Ala D'Oro who qualified for both
years 2020 and 2021. Co-owner Stephanie and Ambrogio showed
their best side in the ring. Well done Steef! Of course we

19-01-2022 Also this year we
have big plans for our kennel. First of all, we want to get
Beatrice "Joep" and Viviana "Vivi" ready for their first official
championship field competitions. We immediately admit that
there is still some work to be done. The girls are very fanatic,
so they regularly forget that we have to play this game together.
But we are very hopeful that this will turn out well. Both
have a beautiful style of hunting and the lead is very breed
typical. We are going to see and experience it. We are looking
forward to the hunting aptitude test that we are organizing
again this year for the Association of Italian Pointing Dogs.
There are quite a few kids coming from Edda, I just can't
wait for it to come! Whether there will be a big family day
this year is still unclear. Nest meetings will be planned.
We also hope for two litters this year, one from Raffaele
"Bes" and one from Viviana "Vivi". In any case, we already
have two beautiful guys in mind. Now just have to wait for
them to start looping.Are
