29-12-2021In this last message
of this year, we would like to look back with you at a number
of experiences from 2021. Of course we must start with the
realization that this year again the corona ensured that there
were many restrictions. In February, our Bes went to a "try
out" at what we now call Bes' foster family. A very difficult
and emotional decision, but one that was necessary to resolve
the nasty conflicts in our pack. We now know it was the right
decision, Bes is super happy in her new home and peace has
returned to the pack. In June Edda was covered by Amore, the
puppies were born the first week of August. A beautiful litter
of which we ourselves have kept Vito da Amore di Ala D'Oro
for our kennel. 2021 was a very successful year, especially
for Ambrogio da Fendi di Ala D'Oro. Ambrogio obtained the
official title of Dutch Champion and he also became Best in
Show twice at the VISJ 2020/2021 Championship Clubmatch. He
has the official titles ClubWinner2020 and ClubWinner2021
well deserved with this. He also ran his first three official
championship field trails in Italy. He was awarded for his
beautiful work during these trials with three beautiful qualifications;
two time excellent and a CQN. Great results for this beautiful
boy. Our Dama Bianca di Ala D'Oro made it possible to celebrate
at the end of this year, she won the VISJ Field trail Competition
and with her CAC at the Championship Clubmatch she obtain
the VISJ title BELLO&BRAVO 2021.Are

29-11-2021 It was time to work
on the webpage again. The first news is about our Ambrogio
da Fendi di Ala D'Oro, who obtain his official fieldwork qualifications
and his retrieving license during championship field competitions
in Italy. Last year, Ambrogio was already ready to participate
in the fieldwork competitions, but then covid threw a spanner
in the work. Now co-owner Stephanie could finally go on the
road with Ambrogio and she was able to convert the many hours
of training into two excellent qualifications and a CQN. The
judges praised Ambrogio's style of work and his perseverance.
We are of course very proud of the performance of this couple
and hope for many more great fieldwork qualifications in the
future . Once again our congratulations! On the photo we see
Ambrogio and Stephanie in action, the judge rewarded this
point with the qualification 2nd Excellent. Furthermore, we
received the nice message from the owner of Silvano da Edda
di Ala D'Oro, known as "Pello". He obtained his
certificate (advanced) Tracking on November 27th. "Pello"
and owner had already earned the basic certificate earlier
this year. Great to hear they are doing so well together,
congrats
25-09-2021 We
have enjoyed our puppies so much these past eight weeks! But
on Wednesday the first puppies of Edda X Amore leave for their
new owners. Again we are very happy to have again a very nice
litter, which we once again enjoyed immensely from day one.
It was of course a bit of a shock at first, nine males and
only one female, pfuuu. Never had a litter in these proportions
before. Fortunately, our list with people who are interested
for a puppy from our kennel is always quite full, but now
it was filled with so many people who would like to have a
bitch. You understand... it was a bit of stress for a few
days, but luckily we found quickly within a few days more
than enough "suitable" male puppy owners! So after this knowledge,
that all puppy's get a great home we could fully enjoy a sweet
and caring and most gentle mother dog Edda, who immediately
did well with her ten fat puppies. Now the weeks have flown
by. We must prepare for their departure. Fortunately we were
also able to keep a puppy from this litter together with co-owners
Debby and Michel. They take Vito da Amore di Ala D'Oro home
with them. We are very happy with that.

05-08-2021We start with a birth
announcement! Because yesterday it was finally time we could
welcome the puppies of Edda X Amore! Her huge belly made everyone
suspect that this would just be a big nest. And indeed, ten
fat puppies are in the nest box this morning. Edda is doing
well, she is a devoted mother. Here only joy and especially
relief that Edda and her 10 puppies are doing well. Nine males
and one female were born. We would like to hear from you if
you are interested in a puppy from this combination. Of course
you can also follow this litter on our webpage. We have already
informed the people who have indicated that they are interested.
More great news, at the Champion Clubmatch of the Association
of Italian Pointing Dogs on July 25, our kennel di Ala D'Oro
can add two Clubwinner titles to the already long list of
acquired titles. "Ambrogio da Fendi di Ala D'Oro" managed
to win both titles. Of course compliments to co-owner Stephanie,
you did a great job! The great photo at the first page of
our webpage makes it clear that Stephanie is also happy with
the great results.
22-07-2021 Today we have great
news for all Ala d'Oro fans, Champion Edda da Dama di Ala
D'Oro is pregnant with Champion Mio Amore di Ala D'Oro. We
hope to welcome their puppies soon. Of course this litter
can also be followed on our webpage. First pictures are in
any case already on it. Also, one of these days we will inform
all the people on our information list about this news via
email. More great news; we are proud to announce that our
male "Brogio" Ambrogio da Fendi di Ala D'Oro gained his last
championship point at the Zeeland show. He may now be called
Dutch Champion. Our compliments and congratulations to Stephanie,
together you are a great team! We also have news about our
"Bes" Raffaele da Fendi di Ala D'Oro, she received her EG1
diploma over the weekend. Her high score made her even 2nd
of the day. We are proud, especially since "Bes" and Sonja
(co-owner) had only recently entered this obedience group.
25-4-2021 Fortunately, summer
is already approaching. Hopefully with this the corona virus
will disappear from our World for good... So many restrictions,
also with regard to our passion / hobby, no club match or
field competition has been organized. Unable to attend a show.
Not even able to organize Ala D'Oro family/nest days. Let
alone visit our friends in Italy. Today we have a little hope
that it will be okay, that we can go back to normal soon.
This current news page will therefore also return to the old
familiar normal position. Today the da Fendi's celebrate their
third birthday (see photo). On the "HOME"
page there is a nice picture of Brogio Ambrogio da Fendi di
Ala D'Oro, we think he has dried up beautifully. Our Berry
Raffaele da Fendi di Ala D'Oro celebrates her birthday for
the first time in her host family. Bes moved to our friends
in mid-February. Unrest in the pack made us want to make thisfor
us difficult decision. Fortunately, Bes has had a great time
with her host family from day one. And the host family is
super happy with Bes! And also at our house the dogs are themselves
again, no more reason for conflicts and that gives peace of
mind. For the people on our info list we don't have any news
yet. We still intend to mate Edda as soon as she is in heat.

31-01-2021 First month of the
year went by without any news to give. We are waiting for
the day we can organize greet and meet days for our litter
from 2019 and 2020. We also hope so much that it will be possible
to organize a BIG Ala D'Oro family day in this year. No idea
if this can happen but at least we can dream about this. We
also dream to visit our dear friends in Italy. Because of
the lack of news we temporary change the layout of this "Current
