12-12-2016Last week we were in
Italy visiting our friends. Celebrate Sinterklaas together
and we had great hunting days with our dogs. Of course, we
were also there to learn, we all have made tremendous progress.
A little more experience with all kinds of different bird
species. On the picture on the right you see Emiliana Brunella
di Ala D'Oro and Dama Bianca di Ala D'Oro pointing pernice.
Wonderful to see these dogs work together. A good closing
of this year. With confidence we can accommodate the different

25-10-2016 On november the fifth,
we organize a fall walk on the beach for the Bracco Italiano
& Spinone Club-NL. With a little luck we have nice weather,

achievements we had at the show in Maastricht. We are proud
to let you know that Dama Bianca di Ala D'Oro in Maastricht
earned her last point for the Dutch Championship in the ring
of honour she was placed Best In Show Working by Judge Mrs.
Erhart. Guzzi da Dama di Ala D'Oro was also present in Maastricht
and became best Puppy in the ring of honour 4th Best In Show

Guzzi da Dama di Ala D'Oro. Another day and then GiGi can
finally take Falki in her arms and take him home. He is currently
still in his month of quarantine on Iceland. Are

10-09-2016 Finally we find the
time to work at our Web page. We have lots of lovely dogs
days behind us. First of all, the joint trainingdays were
a success. We have enough inspiration for future training
sessions. We already have plans for next spring, if you want
to join than check the Web page regulary. On the Web page
Extra Page the
pictures that are made on the different training days are
there to look at. Friday, August 26, the European Championships
were held in Brussels. Our kennel was well represented, unfortunately
not all Ala D'Oro's got the assessment that they deserved.
But despite that, there were also a few nice results for our
Kennel. Our Sebastiana
Bruna di Ala D'Oro became Best Brown bitch with CAC. Mio
Amore di Ala D'Oro was BOB Working dog and Guzzi da Dama BOB
Puppy. The next days we compete in the VISJ field trail, we
organized and judged during the hunting ability test and compete
at the Club Match also organized by the by the Dutch Association
for Italian Pointing Dogs VISJ). Click

We are proud to let you know that Sebastiana Bruna di Ala
D'Oro was Club Winner 2016 and this years Best In Show! Sebastiana
Bruna di Ala D'Oro won also de Clubtitle "VISJ Bello
& Bravo 2016". This title goes to the dog that had the
highest points added up from the field trail and clubshow.Are

09-07-2016Also
this year we have a number of training data. We invite you
(owners of a "Ala D'Oro Bracco Italiano") to join us to train
on 17/07/2016-24/07/2016-31/07/2016-07/08/2016 and 14/08/2016.
Different disciplines of the hunt will be addressed. There
certainly willbe difference in level and age of the dogs but
we do not see this as a disadvantage, rather as an advantage.
We're going in different locations to work. We would like
to know in advance whether you participate with your dog (s).
It's nice if you could come all days, but that is certainly
not necessary. A week before the training we ensure that those
who have submitted the necessary information such as time
and location specified. Subscribe by email,

News of the breed club VISJ, The Italian Pointing Dog Association
has some nice events in this near future. We like to call
on owners of their Ala D'Oro to join us during these events.Are

30-05-2016The
da Dama pups are now 15 weeks old. Yesterday we held the first
"da Dama" day. It was for the first time that we
organized so soon after Ala D'Oro babies left our house, but
it seems nice to organize this before Edda and Emma leave
us to live with their owners abroad. The
day was a success and we will repeat it for the "Dutch
"puppies in 5-6 month from now. There is already a photo
report from yesterday.
Thanks Rob for the pictures! Today we enter a number of dogs
for the VISJ Club match on 28 August. Today is the last day
to enjoy the entry discount. It saves 2,50 euro per registration.
We like to ask owners of their Ala D'Oro to join in! It will
be a fun weekend! 26 August the European Championships in
Brussels, 27 August the VISJ Hunt/field-test and then 28 August
the VISJ Club match for the Bracco Italiano and Spinone. Now
something else, we get right to the question if there are
Ala D'Oro puppy/dog owners out there who would like to join
us to experience an Ala D'Oro training week or long weekend
(in the fall of 2018) in southern France. If you would like
to join us we'd like to hear
through our e-mail. If interest is there we can do some
serious investigation what the cost would be. Are

17-04-2016 The pups are
now 9 weeks old. There are already five pups moved
to their owners. Only three
left behind and they will leave us also in time. Because of
this the
upcoming period remains
busy for us. You can still follow the litter on the PUPPY
News page.
Mio Amore di Ala D'Oro received on 9 April in Utrecht his
Dutch Championship title.
We are very proud of Amore
his co-owner Stephanie. Congratulations!
Our dogs are not only beautiful they also used as hunting
dogs, they participate in field trials and retrieve test.
This weekend the field trail of the VISJ was organized, the
breed club of and for the Bracco Italiano and Spinone. Our
goal to promote the
Bracco Italiano as work/hunting dog is reached, since seven
Ala D'Oro off spring entered this first official field contest.
The winner of the contest was Andrea Branzi di Ala D'Oro.
We congratulate owner Catharina Hededam cordially with this

05-04-2016 The pups are
now 7 weeks old. The Campbell and hunting instance test took
place last Saturday. Nice results. The photos you can see
here on the Extra Page >>>>. Meanwhile I was
busy with making our puppenbook. Fortunately, I could finish
them on time! Upcoming Saturday the first pups be picked up
by their new owners. Then Sunday and Monday a few more. The
pups have since today their own photo page on our website.

now and then to receive a picture of the owners that we will
place on this page. In addition to our own puppy Emma da Dama
di Ala D'Oro, there remain two additional pups for longer
time with us in connection with the regulations of the country
where they are going too. It will therefore be a mad house
in the upcoming months. In June we bring a puppy to Scotland.

14-03-2016 It has been busy day's.
Puppy's are now 4 weeks old, this is the period that we will
introduce them to our other dogs. It will be happy days in
our house since most of our girl would love to sniff on these
baby's. Now only hope for nice weather so we can go in the
garden with them. Until now we are very happy with the quality
of these puppy's. You

In the meantime we have start to work our girls again. We
did not find time or pleasure to do this the past 5 months.
Now pick up where we left off, so they will at least be a
little prepared for the VISJ field trail in April. As hunting
comity members we have to have good working dogs. And to achieve
this we need train them. Sunday we have been training with
all of SebastianaXCreonte puppy's. They were born June 2015.
They are almost 9 month old. We have been pleasantly surprised
by perfect behavior and hunting ability. Seems that we have
picked the right owners for these three Ala D'Oro children!
We proudly let you know that Antonio Citterio di Ala D'Oro
who participate in Crufts has become Best Male BOS, we congratulate
his owner Tamara Cislaghi with these great results. Mio Bombo
di Ala D'Oro who was present in the Crufts ring too had been
selected with the 6 best males in Open class. Are

28-02-2016 This is the last week
that we will enjoy some peace at home ... because the busy
times are coming. Next weekend the pups by "Duffy"
Dama Bianca di Ala D'Oro X "Bacio" Eduardo Fendi
di Ala D'Oro are three weeks old. They will ask for more attention
witch of course we are going to give them, we are looking
forward to this. Also with three weeks the pups are live to
admire for the new puppy owners. Already our calendar fills
up all nice with all kinds of puppy dating.
We have at the moment
two females available. If you are interested contact
us. If all goes well the pups should
go to their new ownerst when they
are eighth week old, that is in the weekend of 9 and 10 april

We proudly let us know that Mia
Cara di Ala D'Oro has become international champion this weekend.
The last point was extracted in Toulouse. We congratulate
owner Sylvie Sevestre cordially with this beautiful performance.

D'Oro kennel that obtain their championships titles, we could

22-02-2016 Hooray!
They are born the pups from Duffy "Dama Bianca di D'OroX "Bacio"
Eduardo Fendi di Ala Ala D'Oro. Their birthday is February
13, 2016, the pups are so beautiful. There are 3 more then
that we had spotted during the enormous extended ultra sound.
We have 3 males and 5 females. The males have all been spoken
for. We have at the moment two females available. If you are
interested contact us.
If all goes well the pups should go to
their new ownerst when they are eighth week
old, that is in the weekend of 9 and 10 april 2016. You can

We proudly let us know
that Mio Bombo di Ala D'Oro " Zwieber " from the
owners Piet and Monique S, obtain the titel of Belgian Show
Champion. On February 21, he received his last Belgian CAC
in Ghent. He was on this show BOB and 4th BIG. Well done and
congratulations! Next week is the Crufts in England. The young
dog Mio Bombo di Ala D'Oro is going to represent kennel Ala
D'Oro. We wish owners Piet and Monique Sangers success and
wish them much fun!
19-01-2016 Death is part of life,
that is a fact. But it makes a loss no less sad. We are missing
since January 6, our dear mother and mother-in-law, Lammy
Steffens-Drenthe. The picture (right) was taken during one
of our many excursions. What will we miss your love and friendliness.
Rest in peace dear mom
On January 10, Stephanie Turion
represented along with Mio Amore di Ala D'Oro our kennel at
the prestigious Dog show of the year 2015. Mio Amore di Ala
D'Oro and Stephanie did it great during their walk on the
catwalk. The judge placed Mio Amore di Ala D'Oro at the last
twelve Pointing dogs and this made Mio Amore di Ala D'Oro
Best Bracco Italiano 2015. We are proud of these results and
thank the judges for their confidence. A video of the catwalk
will be on our BLOG soon. An ultrasound has shown that "Duffy"
Dama Bianca di Ala D'Oro is indeed pregnant. Around 12 February,
we hope to welcome the puppy's. This combination conforms
to the rules of the Association Italian Pointing Dogs and
the Bracco Italiano Club. We operate with a waiting list,
more information about this combination. The father of Duffy's
pups was Best of Breed at the International dog show in Eindhoven,
